How is ECruiser® Licensed?
The ECruiser® Suite is licensed per developer on a 1 year subscription basis. There are no additional charges for runtime use or for redistribution in your app. See our license page for all of the details.
What is a 1 year subscription?
A 1 year subscription means for a period of one year following purchase of a license, you will be entitled to all code updates and upgrades and if your license includes support, access to technical support.
We have a lot of developers. Are there any special pricing arrangements for this?
Yes. We offer discounts on purcahses of 10 or more licenses. If you would like more information, please send an email to sales@simplica.com.
What kind of support is provided to licensed customers?
All customers have access to our free online support forums. In addition, customers that purchase a license including priority support also receive access to support engineers via priority email as well as early access to updates and patches.
Will current customers of ECruiser® Suite Version 1.0 by required to upgrade?
No. Current customer who have purchased license(s) for ECruiser® Suite Version 1.0.x will be able to use their current license keys.
I am interested in reselling the ECruiser® Component Suite. How do I get more information about this?
Developer licenses do not include the ability to resell the ECruiser® Suite to third parties as a stand-alone product. Simplica® is very interested in these types of relationships, but we find that they are best dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at sales@simplica.com for more details.
