Nested components in tabpane

I am having issues with nesting data tables, select tables or grid tables in a tab pane tab. When you tab to and from tabs in the tabpane the data table columns to not render properly. If you then use the page controls the page goes into an infinite loop. Also, if you wrap the contents of a tab inside a e:div control, in my case to center the contents, the inner table contents are not rendered.

Using JSF 1.2, ecruiser 1.8, glassfish v2u2.

I have determined the issue is with IE6 which is what the screen prints are from. Firefox does not display this behavior. Bad news is corporate standard is till IE 6.

We don't support the doctype definition you are using in our current Ecruiser release. We plan to add support for it on a future release. This is a IE related problem.

What doctype definitions do you support. If you remove it none of the style classes work.

It will be nice to get rid of the tomahawk components. How will the new jar be sent? Corporate will block .zip and potentially and .jar files if you send it via email.

We will change the extension from .zip to .pdf, like we did last time (January 12, 2009). Is this ok?

Received patch, Thanks! Test shows the tab change events do not function properly. Clicking on the tab does not render that tabs contents. This happens in IE 6 and Firefox.

I saw the problem in testTabpane.jsp, and I fixed it by adding log4j.jar into the lib folder. This .jar is required, because we are using some methods from here when we are loading scripts.

Much better. However, do you get the rendering problem on the select table in the select tab. Also, when you move from the Basic Data table tab and go back to it the columns are not rendered the same. Columns before image column are tiny.

Yes, I saw this problem. It seems to be an IE issue. I'll let you know when we'll have a solution for this.
