We are required to convert our site to https protocol. However, when ever we have a menu that contains sub-menu items we get the Mixed-content warning pop-up when the sub menu is displayed. We are unable to turn the warning off in the corporate IE 6, 7 image because they have disabled the security options.

Additionally, If you select NO on the mixed-content window you get a 404 on /context/faces/pagerror.gif and /context/faces/refresh.gif. These are not in our application.

Turning off the mixed-content warning is a browser option.

In IE7 browser go to:
Tools > Internet Options > Security (tab) > Internet(zone) > Custom
Level… > Miscellaneous > Display mixed content > Select “Enable (radio)” instead of "Prompt".

Try to activate it and let me know if it works fine for you.

THIS IS NOT AN OPTION ON OUR CORPORATE HACKED BROWSERS.

Please upload a simple example to demonstrate the problem, so we could help you properly.

Not sure that this is an ecruiser problem as much as it is an IE problem. However, management wanted me to see what you could find out on your side.

We fixed this problem. Please send an email to support@simplica.com specifying your order number, so we could send you a nightly build.

This fix will be available for everyone starting with ECruiser version 1.1.10.
