Do you provide release notes / a change log to go with each release, and if so where are they ? Specifically, I what to know what changes have been made from 1.1 to 1.3.
I've downloaded ecruiser-suite-v1.1.3-beta.zip but there does not seem to be a 'What's New' doc.
Also, the readme.txt says its for version 1.1 Beta.

Regarding readme.txt file, we assume that mistake, but you have to know that the specifications are right for all ECruiser versions.
